US actor Anthony Rapp told a New York courtroom Friday that he froze when he was allegedly assaulted by Kevin Spacey when he was a minor in 1986, the second day of the Oscar winner's trial over the accusation.
Spacey, 63,
He disappeared from sight after becoming one of the first stars to be arrested in the global #MeToo account for sexual assault
.

Raab told the court that he was still an unknown actor when he met the "American Beauty" star, who was in his late 20s at the time.

Rapper, 14, and friend and fellow actor John Barrowman, 18 at the time,
He had seen a show starring Spacey in New York and went to greet the actors after the performance.

Spacey invited the teens to dinner and then for a drink in a nightclub
. A few days later, he invited them to a friends gathering in his studio in Manhattan.

Barrowman had since returned to his home in Illinois, so Rab attended on his own.
Seeing that he didn't know anyone there, he went to a bedroom to watch TV.

He was sitting on the bed when he looked up and saw Spacey.
Spacey's eyes were glazed, and he told the younger actor that he was drunk, Raab told Judge Louis Kaplan.

The teenager realized that everyone was gone.

"A little unsteady at his feet, he approached me, lifted me like a bridegroom carrying a bride over the threshold" and laid Raab on the bed.

Spacey lay next to Rapp and put his arms around the teenager, "pressing his thighs" to his body.
"It felt like that moment was too long. I felt freezing," Raab, now 50, said in a cracking voice.
Rapp said he was able to "wiggle" outside and take refuge in the bathroom, where he decided to go.

At the door, Spacey stopped him and asked if he was sure he wanted to leave.

"I didn't remember the answer," Raab said. "I was thinking so hard I wanted to leave."
Despite the "disturbing and dangerous experience,
The "Star Trek: Discovery" star didn't tell his mom anything because he didn't want to talk to her about sex, nor did he want to worry her and wasn't sure if Spacey had committed a crime.

Before Rapp took the stage, his lawyers called a former employee of the film industry named Andrew Holzman as their first witness.
Holzman said Spacey sexually assaulted him in 1981.

Rapp is seeking compensation of $40 million. Spacey, whose full name is Kevin Spacey Fowler, has long denied allegations of sexual assault.
