In a separate tweet, Elon Musk said Twitter had previously issued a warning before commenting, but with Twitter launching widespread verification,

There will be no warning as well as "no exceptions".

“This will be clearly specified as a requirement to sign up for Twitter Blue,” Elon Musk said, adding that any name change whatsoever will result in a temporary loss of the verified checkmark.
