Pakistan PM Congratulates Xi Jinping On Securing 3rd Term As China Leader

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday congratulatedXi Jinping for securing a third term as the country's leader, calling it a tribute to his "unwavering devotion" towards his country.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping on winning a third term as the country's leader.

Mr. Sharif described Xi Jinping's re-election as a tribute to his "unwavering dedication" to the people of China.

On behalf of the entire Pakistani nation,

I congratulate President Xi Jinping on his re-election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China for the third term. It is a glowing tribute to his wise leadership and unwavering dedication to serving the people of China,” Mr. Sharif tweeted.

Pakistani President Arif Alvi, congratulating his Chinese counterpart, called him a "true friend of Pakistan".

"I extend my warmest congratulations to His Excellency Xi Jinping on his re-election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and my best wishes for health and happiness.
