Any single Powerball winner can choose to take a lump sum calculated for Saturday's jackpot of $782.4 million.

Or they can choose 30 graduated payments over a 29-year period.

Powerball tickets cost $2 to buy and are sold in 45 US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

To play Powerball, ticket buyers must choose five different numbers from one to 69, and then choose a Powerball number from one to 26.
